Mandating change can make your constituents unhappy. But when the process is supported and provides tangible results - better air for your kids to breathe and more business coming to the area - it is well worth the effort. This was the challenge for the City of Salt Lake as they joined the City Energy Project in partnership with NRDC and IMT.
With an extensive Discovery process to extract the targeted audiences, determine value for those people and create clarity around communicating their plan, we designed an infographic that visually conveyed the important elements of why, where, what, when and how.
